Instructional Designer 100% Virtual job

We are working exclusively with our growing client within the medical billing industry to identify an Instructional Designer to create microlearning for new employees. During this project, you will work closely with subject matter experts to develop content on various topics, including the client’s solution, platform, and integrations.

The ideal candidate will utilize their knowledge and expertise to provide recommendations for designing and developing the content.

Start Date: Mid-March
Duration & Hours: Targeting 3 to 6 months for 20 hours per week but open to consultant’s recommendation.
Location: Virtual

Experience Required:

• Strong instructional design experience
• Experience with eLearning tools
• Able to take complex content and create microlearning
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with iSpring, Confluence, and Asana is preferred but not required
