The Learning and Development Instructional Design Partner designs and develops learning programs for CS&E QRG Brands, which includes New-Hire Training, Leadership Development, Train-the-Trainer Workshops, and Continuous-Ed. They support initiatives across the business to create learning content and materials utilizing the latest Instructional Design principles, tools, and technology. They conduct needs analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to design solution-based learning. They possess Leadership qualities, an excellent creative aptitude, a Learner-centric mindset, and the necessary skillset to support a high-volume business unit. You will report directly to the Learning & Development Manager.

Your Impact

Develop learning content and materials to meet learning objectives.

Oversee end-to-end design projects, including eLearning and Instructor-led content.

Consult with SMEs to conduct needs analysis and develop learning solutions.

Create and maintain learning materials, such as eLearning courses, Facilitator Guides, SOPs, and more.

Evaluate content and Learner experiences to spearhead improvements.

Facilitate meetings and Trainings. Observe customer interactions and Training with regularity.

Participate in the development of Learning Assessments designed to evaluate understand, knowledge retention, and practical application.

Stay connected to the state of the business and new strategies to proactively evaluate next steps for the Learning & Development function.

Participate in Quarterly Design Showcases to discuss trends and generate ideas.

Collects and monitor data related to Learning Programs.
What You Bring
-
1+ years’ experience developing and/or supporting Learning Programs.
-
Strong working knowledge of Instructional Design principles and Adult Learning Theory.
-
Instructional Design or Teaching Certification.
-
Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Audacity, and Camtasia.

Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
-
Experience developing dynamic and interactive Learning.

Possesses strong leadership qualities and actively demonstrates Leadership Competencies.

Expertise with project management and process improvement.

Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
