Instructional Design Manager Job

As an Associate Manager of Instructional Design, you’ll serve on our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Learning Design & Process leadership team as a working manager who leads Instructional Designers. You’ll leverage industry-leading practices and apply them to CRM projects to create new, engaging and effective learning.

Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 5 years of property casualty insurance experience, adult learning, multimedia design experience, leadership or relevant business experience.

Preferred skills

• Five(+) years of instructional design experience
• Leadership or formal mentoring experience
• Experience developing eLearning, performance support solutions (such as job aids, demo videos, etc.) and instructor-led learning solutions (virtual and live)
• Experience using eLearning tools such as Lectora, Articulate Storyline, Captivate or similar

Compensation

• $74,900 – $99,800/ year
• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
