Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Staff Representative, Instructional Designer position is responsible for designing and developing learning interventions, including instructor-led and eLearning courses using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Methodology. Leads the design of training resources needed to effectively train employees within a diverse footprint (brick and mortar, remote, and contract employees) of the organization.

  • Develop eLearning, instructor led, blended learning and virtual training materials, including facilitator support guides, end user guides, and other learning activities as needed for assigned training projects
  • Facilitate sessions with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of course content and train-the-trainer classes with facilitators
  • Work independently and on teams with other designers and facilitators to craft training materials, acting in the role of lead designer, when needed
  • Build performance measurement tests and evaluation instruments to measure and report the efficiency of training
  • Ensure consistency and compliance in training programs
  • Practice core4 values in all operational processes and procedures
  • Provide instructional design leadership to vendor designers
  • Provide leadership to design project teams

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 3+ years of learning design and development experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), Articulate 360, Photoshop
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to meet deadlines
  • Possess strong quality decision-making skills
  • Must be flexible, handle change and ambiguity well, have strong organizational skills, and should be creative and solution-oriented
  • Capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
  • Review evaluation data to assess the effectiveness of training programs and implements recommendations for improvements
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position
