We have a full-time position available for an eLearning content writer who is a strategic thinker with a passion for written storytelling.

Why you’ll love this role

• You will join a team of eLearning experts who will rely on you to work with subject matter experts for writing creative and strategic program manuals while adhering to accessibility standards and ensuring that the content reflects our brand standards in a timely manner. You will also assist with editing digital-based course assets for accuracy and quality. You are expected to work both independently and as a part of a team delivering supply chain training programs. You must be self-motivated, tenacious, and a natural problem solver.

Your role on our team

• Gather data and framework the information gathered into a cohesive outline
• Create written content that motivates, educates, and informs our learners through basic, intermediate, and advanced programs
• Generate innovative ideas for content
• Collaborate with the subject matter experts, program manager, and eLearning team to build and review program manuals
• Ensure all content and materials are delivered on time and in scope
• Perform quality assurance and for digital eLearning content
• Write quarterly newsletters and ensures all products have an updated course list
• Upload materials to the LMS and the customer portal
• Uphold written brand standards.
• Apply adult and multimedia learning theories such as Clark and Mayer’s principles

Your profile

• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Open to learning and working in product software
• Experience adhering to WCAG standards
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and be a self-starter
• Experience giving and taking feedback and influencing stakeholders on content that impacts multiple learner groups
• Experience working in an iterative process against tight timelines while simultaneously communicating with subject matter experts and stakeholders
• 0-2 years content writing experience
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in writing, technical, creative, journalism
• Minimum 2 years of adult learning/training and development experience as an Instructional Designer or Content writer
