Position Overview
ISG is seeking an Instructional Design/eLearning professional to join our team. The consultant will work on client projects which require an experienced instructional designer (ID) / eLearning professional to create the end-user training and other supporting materials required to prepare end users for the systems and process knowledge to perform their jobs.

- Scenario-based learning cases
- Train-the-trainer (T2T)
- Exercise sheets with supporting practice data
Required Skillsets
- This is a Contract (1099) to hire opportunity
- Travel is less than 25%
- This is a remote position located in the US
- 4+ years of professional Instructional Design and eLearning project experience
- Experience with Curriculum Design
- Professional experience using Adobe Captivate, InDesign or Articulate Storyline 360
- Professional experience using EnableNow, WalkMe, or uPerform preferred
- Proficient with industry standard image editing software, including (but not limited to) working with bitmaps (Adobe Photoshop) and vectors (Adobe Illustrator)
- Proficient with basic graphic design principles (font usage, use of white space/layout, color theory)
- Profound knowledge of Adult Learning Theory
- Proficient in video and audio editing and/or Camtasia
- Project Management capabilities: Ability to sequence, prioritize, manage, and report upon progress of a given set of tasks.
- Fortune 1000 project experience preferred
- Work examples may be requested
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or relevant work experience
