WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Designing high-quality and engaging eLearning courses primarily in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, and/or Xyleme
- Working in a high-volume environment, building 2-5 courses per month
- Collaborating in cross-functional teams to complete projects on time and on budget
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Instructional Design, Communications/Media or related field
- A portfolio representing experience in graphic design and/or course development, including use of style guides and templates
- Experience with XML, JavaScript, or other coding language a plus
- Experience with design principles (e.g. page layout, typography, and color theory)
- Experience with audio and video editing
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in Articulate Storyline, Rise, and/or Xyleme
- A strong attention to detail
- The ability to work well on a team as well as independently
- Comfortable working in busy environment with shifting priorities
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
