Digital Learning Designer remote job at CVS Health

In this position you will be responsible for creating eLearning solutions for a variety of audiences within the CVS Health business units. As a critical part of the Business Excellence team within Enterprise Learning, Development and Performance, this role focuses on designing and developing top quality eLearning experiences in support of performance and business goals.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Writing storyboards for eLearning courses.
• Programming and maintaining new courses
• Using formal instructional design methodology to design, develop and implement sophisticated, performance-focused and educational offerings via a variety of technology-based training methods.
• Conduct performance analysis while designing training, to determine the expectations and gaps for the intended audiences.
• Incorporating feedback gathered from participants and other relevant audiences to improve training, processes, and products.
• Communicating regularly with program owners and stakeholders to manage the rollout of training materials and gather feedback on program effectiveness.
• Effectively manage administrative requirements through the learning management system.
• Coordinate the training plan to include project plan, and working with business and ELD&P partners as needed to ensure project goals and quality standards are met.
• Use authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline 360, to create eLearning courses

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 40,560
Maximum: 83,400

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a corporate training or healthcare training.
1+ years of experience using eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline 360
1+ years of experience in application of performance-based instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, performance consulting or educational media

Preferred Qualifications

• Writes storyboards for eLearning courses.
• Use authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline 360, to create eLearning courses

Education
High school diploma or equivalent work experience being 2+ years’ experience in a corporate training or health care training.
