    Delaware Resource Group is currently seeking Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) Developers to support U.S. Navy training systems (pending award). IMI developers are responsible for the designing and creation of Interactive Multimedia Instruction courseware used to fulfill various Naval training requirements. *This is a REMOTE position*. All candidates must have reliable digital networking capabilities.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Candidate must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

    • Design, develop, and create innovative Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) that is SCORM compliant for the training developed under the Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning effort.
    • Design and develop interactive Facilitated Interactive Training (IFIT) and Self-Directed Interactive Training (SDIT).
    • Works closely with media specialists, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to program the content using tools such as Captivate, Articulate, and/or MELD.
    • Review Government Furnished Information and training requirements from the Instructional Designers.
    • Support design meetings with SMEs and Media Specialists.
    • Create training content in the appropriate Learning Content Management System.
    • May be required to lead team in execution of daily duties.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    Level III (Senior):

    • May require a master’s degree and/or Ph.D.
    • At least 12 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
    • Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks.
    • May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered a top-level contributor/specialist.
    • May lead and direct the work of others.
    • May report to an executive or director.

    Level II (Intermediate):

    • May require a master’s degree.
    • At least 5-12 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
    • Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
    • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
    • May lead and direct the work of others.
    • May report to a supervisor or manager.

    Level I (Entry/Junior):

    • Requires a HS Diploma (BA/BS Preferred).
    • Requires 0-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
    • Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
    • Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
    • Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

    • As required.

    Security Responsibilities:

    • Secret level DoD Security Clearance required.
    • Compliance with all company Information Systems security policies and procedures
