    We are working closely with our client to identify a dynamic Instructional Design Manager who will play a key role in shaping a seamless employee learning experience across various projects. Reporting directly to the L&D Manager and Director, you will be instrumental in managing enrollment, attendance, logistics coordination, communication, and participant and stakeholder engagement. Additional responsibilities encompass:

    • Managing the entire program life cycle for various learning programs.
    • Collaborating with the L&D team to design, develop, implement, and adapt programs to evolving business needs.
    • Driving strategy and execution for all employee-facing communications from Learning & Development.
    • Configuring courses, generating reports, designing learning paths, and enhancing the overall learning experience in collaboration with the larger L&D team.
    • Extracting completion data and consolidating reports into Google Sheets.
    • Partnering with the Analytics team to create visualizations of data for senior leadership.
    • Maintaining clear status, timelines, and deliverables for all projects.

    Start Date: Mid-March
    Duration: 3 months
    Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
    Location: Virtual
    Travel: Minimal – likely one trip to Nashville, Las Vegas, or San Francisco

    Experience Required:

    • Strong instructional design experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
    • Experience developing eLearning in Articulate Storyline and Rise
    • Experience managing direct reports
    • LMS experience, ideally Lessonly (Seismic Learning) and LearnUpon
    • Strong project management experience
    • Familiarity and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
    • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially with stakeholders
    • Previous fleet management experience is preferred but not required.

    The pay range for this is $60.00 to $70.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
