    The Learning and Development Specialist is a full-time role that supports our client on a project-by-project basis. The primary focus for this role is to lead and manage instructional design, learning and development initiatives, create eLearning courses, and design and facilitate workshops.

    What You’ll Do:

    Execution of end-to-end L&D for prioritized initiatives, including assessment, planning, facilitation, and measurement

    L&D advisory with partners including product teams, program managers, and change managers

    Partner with change managers and L&D managers to integrate L&D plan into change initiatives

    Training engagement and relationship management with impacted users

    Instructional design and proficiency in L&D authoring tools

    Design and facilitation of workshops or trainings for L&D team

    Drive accountability, quality, consistency

    Provide strategic thought by leadership, coaching, and guidance to L&D team

    Connect L&D team to best practices and solutions

    Leverage senior level connections across client team and understanding of their strategy

    Brainstorm and partner with client team to identify future project opportunities and solutions

    What You’ll Bring:

    Experience in the areas of learning design, learning delivery, and training facilitation

    Proven experience in creating eLearning courses

    Strong program management and facilitation skills

    Proven effectiveness in collaborating and partnering with stakeholders

    Strong planning and project management capabilities

    Learning management experience

    Strong communication, collaboration and relationship building skills

    Demonstrated success working in a team environment on multiple projects with changing priorities with the ability to work both on a team (as member and/or leader) and independently to deliver results

    Self-starter with attention to detail and the ability to manage, organize, drive, and maintain multiple tasks

    Proven ability to set priorities and work independently with little or no supervision

    Good understanding of MS Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
