    The Senior Training Specialist will be responsible for supporting and facilitating marketing training programs for marketing talent. As a member of the training team, the Sr Training Specialist will support the development and execution of marketing training programs that include Marketing Foundations (101), CORE Marketing eLearning program, development of the Undergraduate Marketing Intern to Hire Program, support for Strategic Marketing 201, marketing onboarding, marketing skill and competency building, strategic communications to the marketing function, as well as other marketing talent development programs and initiatives.

    What You Will Do:

    Marketing Training

    • Facilitate/lead interactive, engaging adult learning curriculum for existing marketing organization to continually improve skills, competencies and knowledge
    • Support trainees in the use of marketing competencies and capabilities needed to understand and perform their job function.
    • Partner with marketing talent development team to determine training needs including the assessment of training gaps, creating, and enhancing current programs.
    • Develop and maintain expertise in marketing competencies, capabilities, and skills, including related changes, as they apply to the training programs.
    • Maintain marketing talent development dashboard, digital newsletter communications, and survey training experience results.
    • Partner with the Chief Marketing Officer and marketing talent development team to create, develop, and produce marketing Town Hall, marketing moment biweekly communications, and marketing associate communications.
    • Collaboration with marketing leaders as content experts for training lessons

    Special Projects

    • Support the training needs of marketing talent development initiatives which may include developing content, facilitating training, development season, and program management evaluating training effectiveness and other training related duties.
    • Use skills and knowledge to support Ecolab enterprise-wide training initiatives and ensure marketing associates are engaged, compliant and successful.
    • Support undergrad intern, undergrad program marketing associate, and new hire work through coordination of annual summit, team meetings, intern program, onboarding, marketing leadership connections and updates.
    • Coordinate marketing recognition program (Excellence Awards) each year by creating, distributing, and communicating program and process to marketing leaders.
    • Support vendor relationships (ANA/Gartner) by ensuring full utilization of membership each year.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 2 years of successful of training experience in a corporate setting
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Collaborative and inclusive approach to work, a person who embraces diverse perspectives.
    • Demonstrated ability to navigate complexity and work collaboratively, experience operating within a matrixed organization in an interconnected world.
    • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday proficiency

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Sitecore CMS experience
    • PoliteMail experience
    • Workday Learning experience
    • Power BI experience
