The Business Education team is dedicated to delivering exceptional learning experiences for partners across multiple channels. Our mission is to make scaled education accessible to businesses of all sizes.

As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating educational content for various global audiences and maintaining it with regular updates. You will collaborate internally with teams across the organization to curate training content, explore new training methods, and develop ILT, VILT, and eLearning education solutions for small businesses, agencies, and global partners.

If you have an interest in business education and the development of training programs, enjoy being hands-on in developing world-class learning materials and want to join our growing team as we embark on this journey, then this might be the right team for you.

    • Providing strong design guidance on multiple training projects, including copywriting, content hierarchy, typography, layout, and color
    • Ensuring all training materials are consistent, up-to-date, and aligned with product goals and larger training initiatives
    • Evaluating how your content is being received and engaged with, and taking action based on feedback
    • Staying current with training and educational trends to help Meta remain innovative and effective in democratizing education

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Instructional Design or a related field

    • Proven track record of working effectively across different teams with various stakeholders and subject matter experts
    • Experience managing the full content development lifecycle from needs analysis to training evaluation
    • Experience thriving in a fast-paced content development team environment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with digital marketing, advertising teams and agencies
    • Experience with Meta’s tools and products
    • Experience writing technical training materials
    • Experience facilitating training in both classroom and virtual environments
    • Experience with sales enablement materials
