    The Learning Experience Designer (LXD) analyzes, designs, develops, implements, and evaluates sales training and development programs to meet defined capability needs across the global sales organization and supports metrics reporting to evaluate the sales productivity increases, business impact, and return on investment.
    Job Responsibilities
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, project managers, and others from around the business to ensure the success of assigned global sales training initiatives.
    • Help identify training design and development requirements aligned with business objectives through needs analyses and collaboration with the Learning Experience Design Manager and input from sales and business stakeholders.
    • Support design and technology practices used to support the global salesforce.
    • Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate sales training and development programs to enhance field sales skills and increase sales productivity; including solution selling, inter-personal skills, technical, managerial, and leadership development.
    • Support the application of leadership development best practices to support the growth of a future sales management bench.
    • Support sales top-performer retention strategy through targeted development and high-potential programs.
    • Utilize appropriate instructional design methods, adult-learning theory and applications.
    • Support program design, development, and evaluation for in-person and online training programs.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues related to training deliverables for the global sales training team and salesforce.
    • Utilize participant data and productivity/quality performance data to link training with business impact.
    Required Qualifications & Characteristics
    • Minimum of 8 years of relevant learning design and development experience
    • Demonstrable success increasing sales productivity through the design and development of eLearning, presentation and in-person materials/resources
    • Experience of the full cycle of learning design – needs analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation, for both face to face and eLearning
    • Demonstrated expertise developing role-based training and development curriculum and programs
    • Hands on experience of data management and reporting systems
    • Project Management experience – proven ability to operate and lead a project through all its stages
    • Stakeholder Management – Particularly managing requirements, helping to clarify needs, and managing expectations
    • Ability to influence and coordinate stakeholders remotely
    • Strong technical aptitude with willingness to learn, troubleshoot, and work with new and existing technologies
    • Research, propose and help implement new technologies and processes that support the priorities of the team
    • Strong team focus
    • Willingness to travel up to 20%
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
