Coordinate testing of new and updated computer-based training content within Shelter’s Learning Management System, including uploading of content and assigning of content to learners. Manage and maintain database of all learners in the Learning Management System. Responsible for report generation as requested to business partners. Act as an administrative liaison to stakeholders (both internal and with external consultants) on eLearning initiatives. Provide first-level handling of end-user inquiries and technical issues via email.

- Previous experience in administering or managing learning management system (LMS) infrastructure is preferred, but not required. Shelter uses Docebo Learn (LMS).
