Instructional Designer Remote Job

We are partnering exclusively with our client to identify two highly skilled Articulate Storyline eLearning Developers to contribute to the creation of their innovative training product. This dynamic program is specifically tailored for reframing behaviors of educators in elementary, middle, or high schools, equipping them with neuroscience-based tools to comprehend and effectively manage student behaviors. The anticipated release date for this groundbreaking product is set for the end of May, necessitating the completion of the comprehensive eLearning course by the end of April.

The eLearning course is designed with precision, comprising 19 engaging lessons spanning a total duration of two hours, organized into four cohesive modules. Each lesson is meticulously crafted as a standalone Storyline file, ranging from 3 to 10 minutes in duration and featuring audio narration. These lessons may incorporate diverse elements such as video, animations synchronized with narration, click-to-reveal functions, and other sophisticated interactions developed within the Articulate Storyline framework.

Project Duration and Potential for Extension: through 4/30/24 with possibility of extension.

Hours Per Week and Flexibility: Must be able to dedicate 24 hours per week and flex to 30 hours on peak weeks. Flexible hours with a weekly required check in meeting during Central time business hours.

Experience requirements:

• Strong experience in Instructional Design and eLearning Development.
• Expert in Articulate 360 Storyline with experience building in complex interactivity (must own license and laptop).
• Proven experience providing feedback and learning best practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team and identify solutions for identified problems.
• Experience in teaching is helpful (either at elementary or Middle or HS), but not required.

The pay range for this project is $60.00 to $70.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
