As an eLearning Project Manager Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and strategic solutions in the realm of learning and development initiatives such as eLearning, ILT, and VILT. Your role revolves around offering comprehensive advice, tools, strategies, and best practices utilizing your expertise to address challenges and drive successful learning programs. You will primarily focus on providing consultative solutions rather than direct hands-on implementation.

Responsibilities: Provide guidance, advice, and best practices on end-to-end management of eLearning project management. Offer strategic insights on structuring of learning and development project setup, execution, reporting, tools, and systems tailored to a specific team dynamic. Create a suite of templates that can be leveraged for all phases of development.

Tools and Strategies: Advise and support on the roll out of best tools and strategies.

Development Strategy: Offer guidance on creating effective development strategies. Assist in the creation of best practice templates to be used for end-to-end management of projects.

Resource Management: Provide strategies around best practices for resource management, tailored to a very specific team dynamic.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Project Management consultative capacity within the eLearning domain.
• Expertise in providing strategic solutions and guidance for the management of eLearning projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of Project Management tools and templates, as well as eLearning tools, LMS platforms, and mobile learning strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective consultancy.
• Extensive Project Management experience in Learning and Development, specifically eLearning, is required.

Employment type: Contract Freelance 1099

Hours: Up to 20 hours a week

Project Length: 5–8-month project

Note: This position requires availability within the US Eastern Time or Central Time Zone. It is a freelance role, committing up to 20 hours per week. It is crucial to note that this role is primarily a consulting position, not directly managing projects.
