ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Project Lead responsible for leading initiatives related to refreshing and creating new content for the Digital Operations Training/eLearning program. We are looking for a seasoned project lead with excellent writing skills, technical skills with Google Slides, video editing, sound/voice over recording and editing experience. The project lead will be responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of training modules for Digital Operations and act as a single point of contact for the project. The Project Lead will need to work with global operations leaders to refine content, prioritize modules and provide demos to ensure key messaging is accurate. Exceptional business acumen and communication skills are required to ensure business outcomes are delivered according to expectations. We look to our Project Lead to be comfortable working independently but collaborating with other team-members on projects or skill-development opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plans, manages, and monitors projects from initiation through implementation, including scope, changes, risk and quality.
- Project Initiation: Review the business case, clarify goals and approach, scope, resources and budget requirements.
- Lead all elements of assigned projects to deliver the stated goals and objectives.
- Manage project budget and timeline especially critical path activities.
- Negotiate and manage trade-offs between time, cost, and scope, working with Digital Operations Leadership
- Produce accurate and timely communications and reporting for all assigned projects.
- Lead content development meetings, reviews and demos.
- Turn concepts into training modules that can be loaded into our eLearning system including scripts, slides, graphics, voice overs, quizzes.
- Edit training modules – video and voice.
- Load training into eLearning system to create learning paths by job role.
- Assist with roll out and training on use of eLearning system.
- Proactively build and nurture stakeholder relationships keeping them informed and updated on project progress, actively calling out any risks to delivery.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- +3 years of project management experience, preferably related to communications and training..
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to identify and tailor to a target audience.
- Experience implementing or operating in a shared services model.
- Experience leading content creation meetings and turning ideas into professional communications, training modules.
- Analytical and problem solving abilities.
- A high level of collaboration and negotiation skills.
- Strong technical skills related to Google Slides, graphics, voice and video recording and editing.
