    We are looking for a Talent Team Coordinator with analytics background to join our growing team to temporarily support our efforts to provide seamless delivery of training and development and management opportunities to our employees.

    If you are a self-starter and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic professional environment, supporting multiple stakeholders, are detail-oriented and have strong written and verbal communication and MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills, this may be the position for you!


    Role Objectives: Delivery

    • Data analytics – Helps with building reporting dashboards
    • Coordinates training scheduling, including room reservation and set-up, participant invitations and tracking
    • Support in training development communication efforts
    • Tracks invoices and updates budget tracker
    • Manages elearning tracking and data
    • Compiles quarterly training report(s)
    • Project work as needed
    • As needed supports post-training program feedback distribution, collection and collation
    • Performs administrative duties, as required, including photo-copying, compiling training materials in advance of scheduled events and scheduling meetings of the Talent Development team

     


    Qualifications and Skills

    • Some experience involving administrative work (i.e., scheduling, prioritizing, multi-tasking) required, financial services sector experience helpful.
    • Microsoft office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Strong Excel skills
    • Effective time management and organizational skills
    • Facility with learning and using software; databases and reporting tools
    • Attention to detail; accuracy
    • Ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders
    • Ability to work within a team
    • Demonstrates the highest standards of ethics, integrity, honesty, diversity, and discretion
