Trusted Advisement is responsible for providing technical and professional expertise during the sales process, which may directly influence the following: the crafting of the sales proposal, the operational requirements or risk, the customer’s willingness to buy Cardinal Health’s solution (Why Cardinal Health?), the timing (Why Now?), or the customer’s satisfaction, and contract negotiations.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager of Learning Solutions & Technology, in this role you will provide leadership for training, facilitation and instructional design. You will implement processes, procedures and training resources for customers, employees and training sessions. You will develop training methodology and plans for customers utilizing the WaveMark solution. You will also use your persuasive power in sensitive situations and build positive relationships with internal and external leaders, including senior management. Your decisions will have an extended impact on work processes, outcomes, and customers.
Responsibilities
- Implement learning strategy to ensure successful organizational growth and training methodologies for customer mastery
- Establishes and communicates schedules and performance standards for delivery of quality training services, products and processes
- Leverages internal and external expertise to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of development and delivery
- Creates organization and function-specific training resources and a variety of reporting tools (e.g. dashboards)
- Leverages LMS for administrative tasks (user and resource management, curriculum creation and reporting)
- Ensures WaveMark customer facing teams have the tools and resources needed to demonstrate the defined value of WaveMark
- Track Key Performance Indicators
- Create and manage certification programs
- Analyze feedback on training effectiveness and create solutions to address gaps
- Implement learning strategy to ensure successful customer mastery and usage of solution
- Create and develop training resources to ensure customer’s ability to successfully utilize solution
- Facilitate training sessions
- Leverages internal and external expertise to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of training delivery and development
- Applies knowledge of the training, instructional design and development to develop optimal learning solutions for internal team
- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of learning approaches, theories, and technologies
- Develops and delivers high-quality, innovative multimedia resources (video, eLearning, animation)
- Participates as an active member in industry groups; draws on past experiences in order to serve as a subject matter expert
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Minimum 7 yrs work experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Customer service, problem solving and analytical skills required
- Ability to travel up to 10-15% domestically
- Must provide proof of, and maintain current immunizations and obtain additional immunizations appropriate for the facility which enables access to customer sites in order to perform essential job functions. Proofs must include: Hepatitis B, Influenza (current year), MMR (mumps, measles, rubella), Varicella (chicken pox) Annual TB/PPD (skin test), Tetanus/Diphteria/Pertussis
- A Covid-19 vaccination or a legitimate accommodation is required in order to be employed in this position. Covid-19 vaccination includes: 2 doses of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine OR 1 dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine
