Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
- Partners with supervisors, managers, and internal teams to perform skill assessments and determine training needs
- Establishes training curriculum, agendas, and innovative delivery methods
- Gathers, develops, and audits training materials in accordance with policies and procedures
- Develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities
- Administers training within Learning Management System
- Analyzes alternative delivery methods to ensure needs are met effectively
- Identifies candidates for training through promotion of programs to employees, candidates, schools, and customers.
- Communicates regularly with internal parties prior and during training activities
- Schedules and delivers training to employees
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Behaviors Required:Essential KSAs:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of experience with professional training programs and techniques; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with planning curriculum and utilizing eLearning
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Operating Systems, Windows 7, and Knowledge Management Systems
- Organizational and time management skills
Desirable KSAs:
- Excellent communication, motivational, and presentational skills
- Experience and knowledge in principles of training curriculum
- Experience with BMC Remedy, SharePoint, and LMS
- Strong patience and willingness to learn
- Willing to travel

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb, ascend/descend or balance to heights that may require a ladder or lift; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in confined spaces; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. The employee is regularly required to use close vision and color vision. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. Work is typically performed in a factory environment and is usually very loud. In the factory environment, the employee may be exposed to hazardous materials and/or greasy or slippery factory floors.
