    In this role you will:

    • Consult with clients to identify requirements and strategies
    • Work with the instructional design team (Lead Instructional Designer, Media Specialists, Programmers, Quality Control Specialists) and Project and Program Managers to design responsive trainings and/or performance support solutions
    • Participate in visual design, prototyping, and usability testing
    • Review products for style guidelines, writing standards, and sensible course/task flow
    • Work under the supervision of the Project Manager or the Senior Instructional Designer to develop and document instructor-led, paper-based, and technology-delivered curricula or performance support solutions
    • Utilize the ADDIE model

    Qualifications:

    To be successful in this role, you will have:

    • United States Citizenship
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field
    • 2+ years’ experience with eLearning and adult learning theory
    • Experience using the ADDIE model to develop training materials
    • Experience with Microsoft Office products, and at least one development software such as Lectora, Storyline, or Captivate
    • Strong writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to follow standards meticulously
    • A wide degree of creativity while performing various tasks
    • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Ability to travel up to 10%
