    To provide leadership for the Training team which involves managing training strategy, training related projects, including scheduling, identifying efficiencies, and tracking the effectiveness of training. You will ensure the integrity of training materials through maintenance, data entry and data integrity as you lead the execution of the credit union wide training strategy.

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Demonstrates a working knowledge of the Consumers service offerings and how we deliver those services to our members.
    • Serves as the training project lead for new software rollouts and/or product changes and new teammates along with overall training and communication requirements.
    • Consults with internal leaders to identify training needs that will support our business strategy; conducts needs analysis and designs curriculum using a variety of methods to ensure that learning objectives are met.
    • Works with Organizational Development to evaluate business metrics to create training plans and curriculums.
    • Researches, selects and negotiates agreements with outside consultants and trainers to conduct training in specific areas, if applicable.
    • Measures and evaluates performance of instructors and effectiveness of training to make future improvements to training programs.
    • Measures and evaluates business impact of training programs using Kirkpatrick levels of evaluation.
    • Manages the credit union wide training budget to ensure the best return on investment.
    • Manages training compliance assignments, reporting and tracking of completions.
    • Performs other essential duties as needed.

    What you’ll bring to the table:

    • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of 6-8 years.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in building and running high-performance, high impact learning organizations and programs.
    • Significant experience in training needs analysis, curriculum design and development, and various delivery mediums including eLearning.
    • A proven track record in managing projects in multiple locations with direct emphasis on process improvement and tracking results.
    • Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and/or related applications. Articulate is a plus.
    • Intermediate level knowledge in training and adult-learning methodologies.
