CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Global Learning Management System Administration and Development:
- Serves as lead administrator for global CBG (Consumer Brands Group) LMS platforms.
- Design and maintain LMS user interface look-and-feel across multiple delivery platforms, including mobile with responsive design, web development, including HTML coding and design.
- Design and support multiple global portals or Sub Learn Centers
- Manage the LMS training administration functions, including entry of all training courses, managing enrollments, group automation and rule creation, communication messages, participant tracking, development plans, running reports, etc.
- Design and maintain data integrations for employee accounts, Single Single-On, set/adjust/maintain system parameters, add/delete administrative permissions within the LMS.
- Coordinate the LMS content administration, including user interface, assessments, surveys, certificates, etc.
- Support deployment/upload of WBT courses, assessments, evaluations, and certificates.
- Understand and maintain LMS system standards, policies, and procedures.
- Provide first-level help desk support for the Learn Center.
- Troubleshoot LMS issues reported by end-users, training administrators, and provide technical support where appropriate.
- Escalate issues to appropriate IT teams.
- Monitor usage and performance of the LMS.
- Help plan and coordinate LMS upgrades as required.
- Ensure availability of appropriate LMS reporting.
- Work with other departments/teams to manage integration and data transfer between the LMS and other applications such as the internal HR database.
- Monitor and maintain quality assurance process to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all information and data residing in the LMS.
- Monitor Oracle Learn Cloud system enhancements and inform Training and HR teams regarding the impact of these enhancements.
- Assist staff in configuring and running reports for tracking training and development for their local office; assist managers in running reports for tracking development for their direct reports.
Cloud Software Platforms Administration and Support:
- Function as a lead system admin for the following platforms: Monday.com, Smartsheet, MindTickle, Highspot, Rustici Content Controller, and Oracle Learning Cloud, etc.
- Monitor the multiple learning site email accounts and provide user support and training for each cloud platform for internal and external users.
- Data analysis and reporting of training and attendance metrics, including data merges from multiple systems and building concise executive level reporting.
Sales Excellence instructor-led training coordination:
- Collaborate with instructors and stakeholders to manage communication and tracking via the Learning Management System and other means.
- Track employee attendance and ensure Learning Paths are updated and course completion is accurate for Pre & Post Course web-based training.
- Reporting via MindTickle & Oracle HR Cloud for any necessary reports regarding training; provide any additional Ad-hoc reporting as required.
- Utilize data for any research, training history review, new employee training recommendations.
- Support division communication relative to learning & development (i.e., changes, new programs, etc.)
- Provide division survey support as needed.
Event planning, logistics support, and communication:
- Serve as a key member of the National Sales Meeting Event Team responsible for event coordination, logistics, travel, and attendee communication.
- Assist with budgeting and oversee invoicing/PO creation in Coupa for external vendors.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to approve any special attendee requests and implement these updates in the NSM registration system.
- Manage National Sales Meeting schedules and communication via mobile app or email to attendees.
- Collaborate with the event team, hotel staff, and vendor partners to ensure a successful event.
- Design, collect and report on attendee feedback surveys.
- Attend National Sales Meeting to oversee attendee registration, resolve attendee hotel and travel queries, and provide support and administration where needed.
- Attend high-impact Dealer Shows to support sales for Orgill, Do It Best, United and others as needed.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBLITIES ANDTASKS
- Design and create feedback surveys and reports for learning events.
- eLearning module development using Storyline, Rise, and MindTickle as needed.
- Attends meetings and training events as required.
- Serve as training meeting and event coordinator.
- Stays informed of new and emerging trends in learning technology and communication.
- Look for ways to improve processes, efficiency, and drive shareholder value through cost reduction/sales efficiencies.
- Complete required paperwork/reports on time. This includes but is not limited to mileage tracking, expense reporting, etc.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- FORMAL EDUCATION:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years work experience
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree Bachelor’s in technology, business management, communications, human resources or related field
- KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Required:
- Experience in developing web sites/ LMS administration or similar cloud-based application design and support
- Strong knowledge of web design methodologies and tools
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative, creative, and highly interactive design solutions in eLearning environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication with various levels of mid to senior level management
- Proficiency with Teams, Zoom or similar web-meeting based platforms
- Advanced proficiency with Office 365 tools including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Forms, etc.
- Experience administering, designing, and supporting social and content management systems.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and analysis skills.
- Excellent teamwork, verbal and written communication (including the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms), as well as project and time management skills are essential
- Knowledge of AICC, SCORM, and xAPI standards and implementation
Preferred:
- Proficiency with any of the following software:
- HTML editing and design tools such as Adobe Dreamweaver
- Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
- Articulate 360 tools
- Experience with MindTickle or Highspot System administration
