Job DescriptionThe purpose of this job is to provide tools, training, and management of software applications to improve Pilot culture, human resources practices, and leadership/Team Member skills and employment experience.

  • Facilitate discussions with leadership and key stakeholders to understand needs and provides management of training courses and employee certifications in the LMS.
  • Facilitate training programs for field team members.
  • Program Manager of Learning Management System for Field and SSC Training
  • Coordinates Serv-Safe Portal- Field Leader Food Safety Certification/Compliance
  • Coordinates Serv-Safe Program and Content Development
  • Assist with Talent Development programs, projects, and initiatives needed including:
    • eLearning content for Pilot Learning (LMS)
    • Onboarding and career pathing programs
    • Performance management tools
    • Field Leadership development programs
  • Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and Team Members are supported at the highest level
  • Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Complete other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields preferred
  • Experience in training and human resources preferred
  • Technical and Analytical experience is preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to balance the sophistication of tools and processes with the company culture and usability
  • Ability to anticipate stakeholder needs and expected follow-up, combined with working collaboratively to meet those needs
  • Critical thinking and effective analysis skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, and written and verbal communication skills specifically with presentations, group meetings, and facilitation; active listening skills
  • Decision making and problem solving
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to influence without authority
