- Facilitate discussions with leadership and key stakeholders to understand needs and provides management of training courses and employee certifications in the LMS.
- Facilitate training programs for field team members.
- Program Manager of Learning Management System for Field and SSC Training
- Coordinates Serv-Safe Portal- Field Leader Food Safety Certification/Compliance
- Coordinates Serv-Safe Program and Content Development
- Assist with Talent Development programs, projects, and initiatives needed including:
- eLearning content for Pilot Learning (LMS)
- Onboarding and career pathing programs
- Performance management tools
- Field Leadership development programs
- Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and Team Members are supported at the highest level
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Complete other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields preferred
- Experience in training and human resources preferred
- Technical and Analytical experience is preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to balance the sophistication of tools and processes with the company culture and usability
- Ability to anticipate stakeholder needs and expected follow-up, combined with working collaboratively to meet those needs
- Critical thinking and effective analysis skills
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, and written and verbal communication skills specifically with presentations, group meetings, and facilitation; active listening skills
- Decision making and problem solving
- Project management skills
- Ability to influence without authority
