Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with creating high-quality, interactive, and effective learning solutions for classroom, web-based, or webinar delivery
- 1+ years of experience with instructional strategy, instruction, or design methodologies for adult learners
- Experience with supporting the federal, public, or private sector
- Experience with technical editing, grammar, and writing
- Experience with learning theory and instructional technologies
- Experience with using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or eLearning development software
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualification:
- Experience with eLearning technologies, including webinar platforms, LMS, or low-code, no-code platforms
- Knowledge of evaluation models, including Kirkpatrick
- Knowledge of how instructional strategy integrates with change management to support organization mission
- Possession of excellent verbal and written and communication skills
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design or Instructional Technology
- Instructional Design, User Experience, or Human-Centered Design Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
