    Position Overview:
    Joining our passionate Global Talent & Culture team, the Senior Instructional Designer will play a pivotal role in deploying our talent development initiatives across our regions, with a focus on world-class onboarding and cutting edge development pathways for our most important asset – our people.
    Duties:
    • Working closely with the Global Director of Talent & Culture to deliver components of our Talent & Development roadmap and strategy for 2023 by creating and deploying training materials, blended learning, self-directed, instructor-led training (ILT), and virtual training programs
    • Design learning solutions and resources applying learner centric Neuroscience, Neurodiversity, accessibility and adult learning techniques to create learning content that delivers and inspires.
    • Lead and deploy the Learning Labs Project, an exciting new concept that provides development opportunities for all employees of Vantage
    • Use thought partnership and industry best practice to design and develop training programs that align to our development pathways, leadership principals and core values.
    • Support our digital learning agenda by writing scripts and offering creative ideas of how to produce effective eLearning experiences in partnership with our Digital Learning Consultant.
    • Partner with subject matter experts to transform their knowledge to digestible and engaging learning content.
    • Work with the Global Director of Talent & Culture to deliver clear consistent communications targeted for different programming, levels, and stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and uptake on the programming offered
    • Execute additional tasks as required in order to deliver the Talent and Development strategy.
    • Work with subject-matter experts (SMEs) to understand how learning outcomes can be achieved through the development of courseware
    • Use intelligence, surveys and other measures to form insights, track and measure progress/impact whilst maintaining and integrating our culture, capability and performance
    • Build relationships and networks with external suppliers, consultancies and academic institutions to support the delivery of our programs.
    • Balancing the need for global consistency with local customization, recognizing the value to each approach and finding common ground if there are differences
    • Assist with the administration of Learning Management System – Workday Learning
    • Develop Competency Frameworks to form the foundations of program methodologies and training curriculums
    • Building successful partner relationships, engaging confidently with leaders and colleagues across the business, the HR Function and external suppliers
    • Responsible for aligning approaches and activity across the wider team
    • Provides in-depth specialist knowledge and advice to senior management and HR colleagues
    Job Requirements:
    • Advanced knowledge of neuroscience driven instructional design and development approaches
    • Expert user of PowerPoint
    • Good knowledge of authoring tools, such as Articulate, Rise
    • Good knowledge of audio and video editing applications, such as Audacity, Camtasia, VideoScript
    • 5+ years’ experience in instructional design
    • Experience working in a global enterprise
    • Proven experience in scripting and creating storyboards for eLearning.
    • Experience of working with Subject Matter Experts to define training curriculums
    • Excellent written and communication skills.
    • Excellent project and time management skills.
    • A candidate able to collaborate effectively across functions with passion and enthusiasm.
    • Strong understanding of the evolving nature of learning in the global environment and the ability to quickly adapt to new trends and situations for learning.
    • Able to influence multiple stakeholders within the business.
    • Experience in managing a variety of duties and projects at once
    • Ability to work effectively with multiple completion deadlines
    • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and written
    • Travel required is expected to be less than 20% but may increase over time as the business evolves
    Additional Information:
    • Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 Base + Bonus

    • Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown
