Actio Learning is hiring an experienced eLearning Developer who will be responsible for the development of custom eLearning courses for corporate sector clients. The eLearning Developer will interact with Actio Learning team members and external client partners to ensure that training achieves the desired learning outcomes.
Responsibilities: The eLearning Developer will:
- Given an approved storyboard, the eLearning Developer will use designated authoring tool (Articulate Storyline 360) to develop assigned courses within an overall curriculum
- Build effective working relationships with Lead Instructional Designer and SMEs to efficiently gather content and feedback.
- Conduct interim and final reviews of course, analyze feedback with the Lead Instructional Designer and SMEs, and adjust as needed.
- Use effective time management to ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 or more years of relevant experience; Work experience in the corporate sector is preferred.
- Experience using Camtasia and Articulate Storyline 360 and MUST be able to show examples of work output demonstrating effective, engaging training
- Demonstrated skill of succinct communication
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Intellectual agility and willingness to learn and adopt new approaches and models
Must be able to satisfy requirements for pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check and motor vehicle records check.
