What You’ll Be Doing:
Evolent Health is looking to hire a Specialist to support the Learning & Development team. In this role, you will:
- Coordinate with the manager to build, facilitate, and deliver learning experiences, including virtual instructor-led training and workshops, online training within the LMS, e-Learning and other educational resources and deliverables
- Administer and facilitate leadership 360 feedback tools and the DiSC assessment to support leadership and team development, identification of development needs, and creation of development plans
- Serve as the support in the ongoing maintenance of LMS content, system configuration, issue resolution, and utilization (enhancing upon existing tools and processes)
- Serve as the support in configuration of LMS automation for company-wide compliance e-learning courses and other automated assignments at a large complex scale
- Collaborate with various teams and leaders to advise on use of LMS as a technology to support training needs company-wide
- Analyze reports for the purpose of tracking and trending performance and to identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner with training facilitators to ensure that learning technologies are deployed appropriately and effectively for delivery of courses
- Maintain knowledge of and implement best practices for adult learning, instructional design and eLearning technologies, leadership development, and/or organizational development solutions
- Serve as the primary scheduler and communication liaison with all trainers, facilitators, and with employees
- Perform other duties, as required
The Experience We Prefer:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting enterprise-wide learning and organizational development solutions
- Minimum of one year of experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration
- Experience designing, developing, and delivering instructor-led training classes (virtual and/or in-person)
- Experience working in a global setup with international teams or clients
- Knowledge and understanding of adult learning and development
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools
- Familiarity with the learning content development process
- Hands-on experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone on Demand, Saba, SuccessFactors, etc.
- Hands-on expertise in LMS administration tasks such as content management, learning management, learning event management, and LMS reporting
- Ability to manage learning content formats such as SCORM, AICC, Tin Can, etc.
- Familiarity with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) such as Degreed or EdCast is preferable
- Proficiency in Excel reporting
- Familiarity with activities related to LMS migration is not a must, but highly recommended
- Proficient in English communication – written and verbal
- Detail-oriented and a strong team player
- Possesses the ability to turnaround deliverables in tight timelines
Technical Requirements:
Currently, Evolent employees work remotely temporarily due to COVID-19. As such, we require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

Compensation Range: The minimum salary for this position is $60,000, plus benefits. Salaries are determined by the skill set required for the position and commensurate with experience and may vary above and below the stated amounts.
