Instructional Designer Job Remote

We are working exclusively with our client to identify a Virtual Learning Producer to support virtual learning for 300 employees due to a recent acquisition. The training will cover a wide variety of positions from sales (trust & brokerage), call center, administration, operations and leadership, creating complexity and a vast breadth.

Start Date/Deliverable Due Date: ASAP
Project Duration and Potential for Extension: through 7/31/23
Hours Per Week and Flexibility: 40 hours/week
Working Hours (Set or Flexible): Business hours CT
Location: 100% Virtual
Responsibilities:

• Creating eLearning from content produced by members of the team for various systems, videos, process & procedures
• Build a SharePoint – for each role to have information readily available for each role, then maintaining content and refreshes, while answering questions related to the SharePoint site
• Logistics for workshops, virtual sessions and in-person sessions – sending invitations, scheduling speakers, recording rosters and content for audits, answer questions for the call / coordination, etc.
• Digital – holding sessions and office hours for new account opening, co-browse and e-signature to make digital the way of doing business
• Coordinate sessions with Wealth Management Ambassadors, hold regular office hours and be the first line of defense for Ambassador questions
• Salesforce and MGP – understand the differences between company systems to document and provide comparisons, potentially holding sessions to relay information

Experience requirements:

• Strong eLearning and ID skills and expertise

• Strong experience in Articulate 360 (client will provide licenses and laptop)

• Strong capabilities in building out SharePoint site
• Ability to develop content for multiple levels of an organization
• Understanding of systems and procedures

• Expertise within the Banking industry, specifically Wealth Management, a huge plus
• FINRA license, even better
• Expert level training coordination skills
• Experience running virtual learning sessions
• Some understanding of Salesforce
