PURPOSE STATEMENT

The Associate Learning & Development Consultant will be a member of the Rich Talent Center (RTC) team. The RTC is responsible for developing and delivering exceptional development experiences for our global company. We believe every associate interaction builds trust, increases performance, and drives engagement to deliver the Rich & Associate Experience.

Specifically, we are looking for someone who is tech savvy to support digital learning applications and creative in the marketing and communication of these solutions to associates. You will support, develop, enhance, and maintain RTC programs, processes, and tools on a global scale.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

  • Serve as primary technology lead for day-to-day LMS and LXP administration, including digital content importing and setup, automated assignment configuration, system update reviews, and troubleshooting
  • Provide support designing, development, and deploying learning solutions, including instructional design, content development, and content curation
  • Support execution of select Rich Talent Center programs, processes and/or tools to maximize impact and effectiveness
  • Develop learning metric dashboards leveraging data from various platforms (LMS, LXP, and HRIS) with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI
  • Generate data-driven, actionable insights to develop and execute targeted and integrated communication plans to drive awareness and optimize RTC programs, processes and/or tools
  • Create digital content, stories, and other supporting collateral to promote engagement and adoption of the newly designed solutions; as appropriate, partners with the communications department to promote and amplify the solutions/benefits


KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Experience performing system administration and operations. Experience working with learning management systems or learning experience platforms, as well as publishing and troubleshooting SCORM courseware, a plus
  • Experiencing developing reports and/or analytic dashboards that exceed customer requirements, and experience with reporting tools like Microsoft Power BI
  • Ability to analyze and apply problem solving techniques
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in an agile environment.
  • Experience working with multimedia tools like Camtasia or eLearning authoring tools like Articulate a plus
  • Core competencies: tech savvy, cultivates innovation, action oriented, collaborates, communicates effectively, customer focus
