DeKalb Community Service Board (CSB) is an innovative, community-based behavioral health and developmental disabilities services organization located in metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia, offering a full range of mental health services, developmental disabilities programs and substance abuse treatment to more than 11,000 citizens annually who are uninsured and underinsured.

JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to support the Workforce Training and Development Unit by developing, maintaining, supporting, and conducting training related EHR and other IT systems/applications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing, maintaining, and conducting training courses specifically for agency supported applications
- Create and maintain online trainings using eLearning content development tools.
- Support staff with one on one and group training both in-person and virtually
- Maintains the Relias LMS and utilizes other HR information systems to track documentation and training records on courses and regulatory training/certification requirements.
- Establishes and Maintains Learner Profiles in Relias LMS.
- Coordinate with Managers, ITS, HR, to set up and schedule training ensuring that the correct courses are delivered in a timely manner
- Support and prepare for agency audits, especially as it pertains to the EHR system
- Support LMS company contacts for troubleshooting problems and utilizing LMS to fullest capacity.
- Work with all levels of staff to review, verify, and update training documentation for training applications, especially the EHR system
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for agency on aligning Compliance and Training requirements.
- Provide reports and updates regarding staff certification, re-certification, and license requirement.
- Generate and troubleshoot LMS Learner Progress Reports, Works with Managers and Supervisor to resolve non-compliance issues.
- Record various events /activities within LMS (agency wide).
- Communicate with all Staff regarding Training/Compliance and LMS issues.
SKILL, COMPETENCY AND EDUCATION AND/OR LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS
Technically proficient with at least 3 years of experience developing training material, training support for software implementation for various software., At least 1 year experience developing training modules using tools such as Articulate 360 and Camtasia a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to conduct virtually led training/engage learners. Ability to work autonomously and in a team. Completion of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university desired OR Four years of related experience in human resources and training.
Familiarity with EHR systems, Virtual software applications (i.e., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.), Learning Management Systems desired. Relias LMS desired, but not required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Strong organization skills

WORKING CONDITIONS
Works in an office setting. May be required to lift boxes or carry files (no more than 20 lbs) May have to travel to other DeKalb CSB sites or off-site meetings as needed.
