What we offer:
  • Manage Learning Management System for KION NA eLearning and Sales Workshops. This system tracks training for ~80 Affiliate Dealerships, ~200 locations and ~3000 affiliate users across three countries.
  • Develop Product Familiarization eLearning for internal KION NA employees and Affiliate Sales Representatives.
  • Coordinate and execute email campaigns for training offering awareness.
  • Develop industrial equipment Operator Familiarization Training to meet OSHA and ANSI standards.
  • Manage and update Sale Training private website. Ensure critical company training information is up-to-date and accessible to all members.
  • Create, manage, and deliver engaging training across multiple mediums and multiple learning styles
  • Utilize technical and creative writing skills to engage course participants
  • Address changes and feedback to course deliverables in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with graphic design and video producers to create an impactful learning experience
  • Design and deliver engaging training using various training modalities including, but not limited to: mobile, on-line, video and via other broad reach vehicles using learning principles
  • Evaluate training outcomes based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop learning deliverables in various engaging formats (e.g., courses, games, videos, quizzes, and etc.)
  • Works collaboratively with instructional designers and developers to implement the development phase of a moderately complex and/or unique instructional design plan.
  • Develops academic courses, web sites and/or learning modules using course management software, web authoring tools, and eLearning technologies to meet strict timelines.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new dealer partners
  • Builds and maintains assessment and evaluation instruments.
  • Acts as functional lead over components of larger development projects (e.g. courses, course components, learning objects).
  • Researches and recommends new technologies in the field of education for purchase, providing cost information.
Tasks and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business-related field or 5+ years equivalent work experience
  • Experience in training content development and delivery and/or sales training delivery, with a strong working knowledge of the sales process and best practices
  • Strong understanding of materials handling equipment and related terminology
  • Proven ability to train on various software programs and related processes
  • Ability to motivate others and engage with employees
  • Outstanding coaching skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • High degree of organizational skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written)
  • Ability to use audio visual and other training aids and equipment
