- POSITION SUMMARY
Primary responsibility for designing learning experiences and deliverables by partnering with subject-
matter experts, field and sales leadership to identify training needs, design, develop and implement
innovative learning solutions. Position will ensure that all learning efforts are designed to improve
business performance, strengthen organizational capabilities, and leverage best practices across the
organization. Position aligns closely with Marketing and Sales teams to drive program initiatives.
- Drive learning initiatives across a multi-channel, geographically dispersed sales organization in alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct needs analysis and develop training solutions to fit those needs.
- Design, develop and implement training solutions including on-demand tools, resources and programs tailored to meet organizational development needs and drive sales effectiveness.
- Partner with subject-matter experts, sales leadership, and vendors to develop training content and programs. Develop and manage training plan.
- Build formal and informal learning / enablement tools, resources and other learning activities.
- Identify and track key metrics to determine overall effectiveness of learning initiatives.
- Leverage learning technology and platforms and tools (LMS, SharePoint, MS Teams, etc.) to optimize the learning experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in related curriculum (Instructional Design, Learning Technology)
- 3-5 years’ experience in instructional design, using rapid prototyping development processes to create web-based, digital, virtual, mobile and instructor-led learning solutions.
- Documented experience in adult learning principles and current industry standard eLearning authoring tools (i.e., Articulate Storyline, Articulate 360, Captivate, Vyond or similar)
- 2-3 years’ experience working with different multimedia features such as audio files, graphics, digital photography, animation and gamification tools to create products for mobile learning, micro-learning, and blended courseware
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization, documentation and follow-up skills
- Demonstrated capability to build and maintain effective working relationships with business partners, field sales and leadership
- High level of proficiency with MS Suite and tools
- Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Master’s degree in Instructional Technology or related curriculum
- Industry and related product knowledge a plus
- Experience supporting sales organizations’ learning and / or technology needs
- Video scripting and production a plus
- B2B or Sales Experience
- Project Management Certification
