    Your Day to Day

    As a Sales Training Instructional Designer, you would be working on:

    • Partner with Sales Training Program Managers and SMEs to build best-in-class learning programs, leveraging your knowledge of adult-learning theory and design-thinking approach.
    • Translate business needs into modern, compelling, and engaging learning activities and assets for Global Sales audiences using multi-media tools. Examples may include, but should not be limited to animations, infographics, videos, eLearning courses, and other visual/learning assets.
    • Create and maintain a variety of training resources, programs, curriculums, and certifications contained in the CMS/LMS application.
    • Evaluation – Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training resources, programs, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.
    • Lead or assist with the content development and “big tent” (live or virtual) execution of our annual Global Sales event.

    What We’re Looking For

    As an Sales Training Instructional Designer, your background will look like:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated ability to transfer skills and knowledge to a group and/or individual
    • High competency in the following areas: highly collaborative, strong oral and verbal communication, excellent multi-tasking, attention to detail, planning, process and project management, effective decision making, results-oriented, ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
    • Expertise with design tools (e.g. Articulate360, Learning Management Systems, Camtasia, Powtoon, Adobe Illustrator or other).
