    ttcInnovations is an outsourcing organization specializing in customized learning solutions and staff-augmentation services. We are seeking senior instructional designers to join our network and partner on a wide range of client engagements in various industries as they become available. The ideal candidate is consultative, self-motivated, adaptable, and solution oriented with a passion for developing innovative solutions on a B2B contract basis.

    Only candidates with a portfolio (minimum of design and development samples) will be considered for this opportunity.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Analyzes business learning needs and recommends learning solutions and strategies to address knowledge and/or performance gaps
    • Creates blueprints detailing learning experiences, pathways and project requirements to successfully enable learners to achieve business goals
    • Creates learner-centric detailed curriculum design of learning solutions and strategies
    • Works with SMEs and key stakeholders to gather content and feedback to create materials that support the curriculum goals and objectives
    • Ensures instructional integrity, client style guide and brand standards adherence, completeness and professional standards of learning solutions throughout the design, development and delivery cycles
    • Develops engaging content and interactive learning for a variety of audiences, delivery methods and learning models
    • Evaluates the learning impact of the deliverables and develops effective assessment strategies
    • Proactively manages deliverables and communicates project status, project issues and risks with solutions, time reporting, and scope changes to ttcInnovations
    • These responsibilities may shift based on specific projects accepted while partnering with ttcInnovations

    CONTRACTING REQUIREMENTS

    • We partner with registered businesses, LLCs and corporations (we do not partner with sole-proprietors or on a W2 basis)
    • Portfolio of samples demonstrating relevant corporate work examples including analysis, design and development
    • Contractor provides all applicable equipment and software

    SKILLS + TRAITS

    • Effectively apply instructional design methodologies and best practices to translate a client’s business needs to effective learning solutions
    • Experience creating robust, creative and quality programs with multiple modalities
    • Professional communication and presence; active listener with ability to synthesize complex data and communicate it in a concise manner to audiences of all levels
    • Ability to self-manage and produce instructionally sound, quality deliverables at a faster-than-industry pace in a changing environment
    • 8+ years of previous experience in instructional analysis, curriculum design and development
    • 5+ years of experience in corporate training environment
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

    Preferred

    • Ability to program eLearning authoring and video development tools, specifically Assima, Articulate 360 (Storyline + Rise), Captivate, VideoScribe, Vyond and WhatFix
