Learning Experience Designer

We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer. This individual is a critical member of the marketing team, with heavy partnership with the training and partner success teams. This individual is responsible for designing learning experiences and managing support resources for our partners, while contributing engaging content for use in other areas of marketing and sales enablement.

The position reports to the Director of MarCom.

• Are passionate about creating engaging and compelling curriculum, content, and supporting materials using various mediums to enhance the learning process for optimal retention and adoption of processes and technology.
• Are dedicated to creating and managing content for an online resource center.
• Design and develop learning solutions that support adult learning best practices for face to face classrooms, synchronous eLearning, asynchronous eLearning, and blended learning, specifically designed for our external Partners.
• Work well with key stakeholders to analyze customer needs and make solution recommendations driven by the business need.
• Constantly improve the design of learning content based on feedback and the latest talent development research.
• Proofread and edit own work to improve quality, readability, consistency, and effectiveness of documentation.
• Ensure that all information is consistent, easy to understand, and well organized.
• Maintain existing curriculum, content, supporting materials and product documentation on a regular cadence.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

As a Learning Experience and Content Designer, you bring with you:

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design/technology or relevant experience preferred
• 3 years of experience in instructional design, training/education for web-based systems, information systems, and/or software technology preferred
• Knowledge of best practices in instructional design and the latest research in adult learning methodologies.
• Experience working with a Learning Management System.
• Experience working with authoring tools (Articulate Storyline preferred).
• Superior writing skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to a diverse audience.
• Experience interfacing with stakeholders and clarifying project expectations.
• Ability to communicate effectively and confidently.
• Strong customer interaction skills and the ability to present complex information
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities
• Detail oriented; able to work independently and set priorities
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
• Strong communication and time management skills are essential
