    This Instructional Designer and Storyline Developer works closely with business partners, internal and external subject matter experts (SMEs), and other key stakeholders to develop high-quality eLearning experiences to support business goals. This individual is primarily focused on the creation of multi-media digital learning content and web-based assets such as Storyline interactions, graphics (vector and raster), animations, and video for the Interventional Cardiology business and will report to the Digital Medical Education Manager.Your responsibilities will include:

    • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to:
    • Support the development of innovative digital learning content
    • Identify business needs/gaps where a digital learning solution would be beneficial
    • Ensure training meets the identified learning outcomes and/or goals
    • Prioritize and manage multiple, complex eLearning projects with various teams
    • Creatively develop all learning solutions to be visually engaging while maintaining BSC brand standards
    • Maintain best practices in areas of design and adult learning principles
    • Ensure a consistent approach to usability and learner experience design
    • Generate and champion new ideas and approaches
    • Communicate project status updates and timelines to stakeholders, which includes crafting concise written documents and making oral presentations as needed

    What we’re looking for in you:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in relevant field
    • Experience using Storyline 360
    • Creative and graphic design skills with experience using Adobe Creative Cloud apps (i.e., Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
    • Familiarity with video production and post-editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and/or Camtasia
    • Proven organizational and project management skills, as well as cross-functional collaboration experience
    • Proven ability to:
      • Storyboard/create narrative scenarios
      • Assist with the design of complex scenario driven courses
      • Edit, rework, or update content with close attention to detail
      • Write effective instructional text, audio/video scripts
      • Manage priorities and report progress

    Candidates will be asked to provide an online portfolio supporting their experience for this position
