    As an Instructional Designer/Trainer on the Neighborly Customer Solutions (NCS) team, a typical day for you will include:
    • Instructional Designer/Trainer at NCS will collaborate with call center partners to help them understand NBLY, our various brands and their offerings, platforms and solutions, and our franchise offices. This role develops and delivers training to partners and their employees to optimize customer interactions and conversion rates, driving revenue and creating world-class experiences.
    • Collaborate with call center partners to understand their needs and develop training programs for various learning styles.
    • Design and deliver engaging training content across multiple modalities including instructor-led sessions, webinars, eLearning modules, and videos.
    • Ensure new call center agents are equipped with in-depth knowledge of company values, customer service standards, brand procedures, and system protocols.
    • Develop training modules focused on product and service offerings, selling skills, customer handling techniques, and problem-solving skills.
    • Continuously monitor call center agent performance and measure training effectiveness through assessments and data analysis.
    • Utilize your expertise in adult learning models (Agile, ADDIE, Dick & Carey Models) to create impactful training programs.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to identify training needs and ensure all materials are accurate and high-quality.
    • Design templates and master files for training materials, including instructor manuals, rubrics, and other facilitator tools.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center training.

    (Required qualifications)
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience developing and delivering training programs, preferably in a call center environment.
      • Preferred Experience in home services and contact/call centers.
      • Preferred Experience with Creative Cloud, graphical layout, and digital audio.
      • Demonstrated experience creating reference or training materials.
    • Skills:
      • Self-motivation, proactive problem solving, and high desire for order and details will be required to thrive in this role
      • Proven ability to create engaging learning content for diverse learning styles and career levels.
      • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
      • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
      • Experience using authoring tools such as PowerPoint and Word.
      • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
      • A passion for creating positive and productive learning experiences.
      • Sense of humor
    • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • Schedule / in-office requirements:
      • Remote or Hybrid (Waco, TX)
      • 15% Travel
