PowerUs, a Berlin-based career platform for skilled blue-collar workers such as electricians and plant mechanics, has raised $25.7 million (€24.0 million) as part of its Series B financing round led by Eurazeo, General Catalyst, Headline and HV-Capital. The startup plans to improve the user experience and develop new features with the funds. Furthermore, the company intends to continue developing and growing the platform in the future.

Founded in 2019 by Konrad Geiger and Julian Lindinger, PowerUs already has over 850 craft businesses and over 80,000 electronics technicians and system mechanics on the platform who can network with each other. Craftsmen should discover new career opportunities, while companies can find qualified specialists. Its partner organisations such as Enpal, Service4Charger, and DPS. Companies can use the site to network with talented people and post personalised job advertisements. Technicians who completed training can register for free on the platform to access all essential information about salary, future training, career options, and job posts for attractive opportunities.

Commenting on the funding, Co-founder of PowerUs, Konrad Geiger, said:
