Recruitics Acquires Video Recruitment Platform Jamyr

Recruitics, the leader in data-powered programmatic advertising, engagement, and analytics for recruitment, has recently acquired Jamyr, – an innovative video recruitment platform, according to the company’s statement. The acquisition enables Recruitics to add a scalable video recruitment product to its platform, which should improve the candidate experience and applicant engagement.

Founded in 2012, Recruitics operates an AI-powered recruitment technology platform, iON, to help companies attract and hire talent. The platform provides clients with recruitment marketing solutions, including candidate targeting and acquisition, applicant nurturing and engagement, employer branding, career sites, programmatic advertising and data analytics. Its iON platform focuses on programmatic advertising, employment and recruitment analytics. It uses Recruitics proprietary technology to track, interpret and optimize recruitment marketing strategies for its clients.

Speaking about the acquisition, Chief Executive Officer of Recruitics, Adam Stafford, said:
