Moodle 4.4 – the latest version of the Moodle LMS is available for everyone since its initial release. The new LMS version is packed with a lot of exciting features and improvements. However, if you are planning to upgrade your Moodle site, you need to make sure to have all plugins also compatible with the latest version before you scheduled your upgrade.
Moodle HQ always promotes the plugin developers to have their plugins compatible with every major version release through the Early Bird badge. The Early Bird badge is awarded to plugins who get a compatible version within a specified timeline after the release of a Moodle version.
Following similar ritual, Moodle HQ has announced the Early Bird 4.4 for all plugins developers. Plugins will be awarded with the Early bird 4.4 badge if they have a tested working 4.4 compatible version available on Friday 10 May 23:59 UTC.
