    Whom We Seek

    The Senior Advisor, Business Systems Training Manager develops and implements learning and training programs to monitor and improve standards of performance across the organization. The Manager identifies learning and training needs and develops training to ensure appropriate knowledge sharing and improve performance. Oversees and coordinates onboarding and systems training for new hires. Liaises with those across the business to identify future requirements. Organizes training activities and monitors the quality of learning and training programs in order to ensure that needs are met.     Primary Responsibilities

    The responsibilities include:

    Learning Program Design

    Design and manage the development of complex learning programs to meet individual and organizational learning needs within specified timescales and resources; identify and incorporate appropriate learning methodologies and delivery channels; oversee the development of content to support high levels of learner engagement and achievement of learning outcomes.

    Learning Program Delivery

    Manage the delivery of complex learning programs (virtual, in-person, and e-learning programs) to ensure the engagement of learners and achievement of intended learning outcomes Manage and administer the Learning Management System.

    Process improvement through Business Systems Training

    Define the road map for learning implementation, leading the model development life cycle, including data preparation, ingestion, integration, and model evaluation.

    Policy Development and Implementation

    Develop policies and help develop policy frameworks for learning programs. Take responsibility for creating underlying procedures and monitoring their implementation.

    Learning Needs Analysis

    Engage with management to clarify short- and medium-term organizational requirements, set priorities for Learning and Development interventions, and define required learning outcomes; specify and manage the collection and analysis of data to inform learning needs analysis.

    Information and Business Advice

    Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolve complex or contentious queries and issues, and enable others to take appropriate actions.

    Internal Client Relationship management

    Manage relationships with internal clients and act as a business partner to them, building high levels of professional credibility and mutual trust, and managing the deployment of appropriate internal and/or external resources to support in delivering business strategy and plans.

    Complexity and Problem-solving

    • Uses comprehensive knowledge and skills to work independently while providing guidance and training to others on planning, organizing, prioritizing, and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
    • Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on developing appropriate plans or performing necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements.
    • Uses comprehensive knowledge and skills to work independently while guiding and training others on managing projects and/or programs within desired cost, time, and quality parameters.
    • Works at an advanced level to shift into and out of a mental mindset associated with assessing the facts and circumstances of the current situation and/or environment and making the appropriate/innovative adjustments to thinking and work habits to thrive in any scenario. Typically works independently and provides guidance.

    Desired Qualifications and Experience

    • A Bachelor’s or equivalent experience is preferred.
    • Progressive experience in curriculum and learning program management or any equivalent combination of training and experience and provides the knowledge needed to manage learning programs (over 6 years to 10 years).
    • Previous experience delivering training in business software and applications.
    • Knowledge of LMS platforms and e-learning course development tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Adobe eLearning Suite, Articulate, Web design, Camtasia, etc.) a plus.
    • Working knowledge of CRM, Project Management software, Microsoft Office applications, web-based learning platforms.
    • Demonstrated supervisory project management and team leadership skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to perform in a liaison capacity with both internal staff and external groups and individuals.

    Travel Requirements

    • Some travel may be required.

    Compensation & Benefits

    Pay Range: $125,000-135,000 salary per year. The range listed is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
