    Job Description
    A bit more about this role:
    At Devoted we provide excellent clinical care to our members through a unique and collaborative approach. As a Training Development Specialist, you will be a significant contributor to the development and implementation of training programs for our clinical team members during the onboarding process and throughout the continuum of professional development. Our mission is to develop Education and Training centers of Excellence and ensure cohesive education and training across all Devoted Medical employee roles that will propel the organization to and through growth. The Training Development Specialist will collaborate with the Clinical Education Team to develop a deep understanding of our clinical service lines and their educational and training needs. You will create a technological environment for learning delivery and manage content for learner digestion to promote an organized positive learning climate so that learners are engaged and motivated to seek clarity, enhance their abilities, perform new tasks and apply knowledge.
    Responsibilities Will Include:
    • Develop systematic organization of LMS materials for distribution and maintain schedules of review to ensure knowledge and training resources are current and accurate.
    • Uploading and publishing elearning modules while supporting updates and continuous improvement strategies.
    • Maintain data integrity of reporting and have oversight of analytics produced from the LMS
    • Coordinate with Training Teams, IT, Data to ensure learner and leader support for consumption of learning materials and production of associated metrics. This includes defining user roles, maintaining data integrity and troubleshooting issues with the LMS.
    • Maintain compliance of the LMS and content creation by adhering to Devoted’s policies and industry guidelines
    • Development of assignments and testing to be completed within elearning modules to capture metrics of learning success
    • Development of content for learning consumption through instructional design processes.
    • Collaboration with program and operational leaders to support the training and communication needs of the organization.
    • Work with Devoted employees on the clinical team to introduce Devoted Medical’s internal systems, services, and team culture
    • Support incorporation of blended learning principles (e.g. activities, case studies, analogies, role playing, mock scenarios) into training delivery
    • Partner to design and implement blended learning solutions for new hire training and on-going development of continuing clinical education for Devoted Medical
    • Collaborator within the Clinical Education Team to determine metrics of success (KPIs) of training implementation
    Attributes to success:
    • You have a strong understanding of technology, content development software (Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and data reporting.
    • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills across teams.
    • You can eagerly troubleshoot problems as they arise and recognize that you play an integral role in the solution of each challenge.
    • You are comfortable with processes involving software and how to make something that could be complicated, simple for someone learning it
    • Resourcefulness, you may not always have the information or answers but you seek it out
    • You enjoy a fast-paced, high-energy, growing organization
    • Highly organized and detail driven. You must be able to manage prioritization of multiple projects and ensure excellent time management. The details will ensure success of learners and the organization and therefore you strive for greatness by focusing on the details.
    • Have a familiarity with user experience/user interface within Learning Management Systems to be alert of learner issues and implement or suggest solutions.
    • Highly collaborative, enjoys working with various teams to achieve goals
    Skills and experience:
    Required
    • You have a minimum of 2+ years Instructional Design Experience
    • You have at least 1 year experience working with LMS platforms
    • Utilization of content development and audio/video editing tools within the last 2 years
    • Experience designing, delivering and assessing learning and training programs within the last 2 years
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Organizational skills & able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and technology essential environment
    • Interpersonal skills & able to demonstrate flexibility and versatility.
    Preferred
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Technology (or related field) strongly preferred
    • Experience with working in several different technology platforms and a quick learner to understand new systems
    • Experience with project management preferred
    • Knowledge of continuing education professional requirements and accreditation standards a plus
    • Experience developing and integrating Continuing Education (CE) certification offerings a plus
    • Experience with Clinical Education and training environments a plus
    Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000
