Develop, implement, and facilitate operational transportation training programs across the enterprise at various levels of the business both virtually and in-person.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Facilitate training event presentations by working with the subject matter experts to coordinate schedules, materials given to participants, and designated presenters.
- Manage logistics for training events, including room bookings and catering.
- Maintain knowledge on the latest instructional design theories and practices, organizational development, and training breakthroughs/resources/tools.
- Develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, job aids, etc.
- Maintain a library of learning resources, including books, articles, and digital media.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of course content.
- Monitor budget for training initiatives and track return on investment (ROI).
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote learning and development opportunities.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as maintaining records and preparing reports.
MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in education, instructional design, psychology, communications, logistics, supply chain management, or a closely related field.
- Two or more years learning and organizational development experience including designing programs and facilitating sessions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems on enterprise-wide Human resources information system (HRIS) platforms. Experience with eLearning authoring tool (Articulate, Captivate, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to run fact-based, quantitative analytics.
- Ability to communication and present clearly and effectively.
- Advanced facilitation skills with proven experience for in-person and virtual learning environments.
- High level of technical acumen that can translate new technologies into effective training for non-technical teammates.
- Demonstrated ability to work on a highly collaborative team and prioritize/deliver in a fast-paced environment.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Office environment.
- 10% Travel.
