Work you’ll do
- Research, design, and develop all training materials such as job and desk aids, Instructor-Led Training (ILT) training courses, eLearning content, and demonstrative videos
- Ensure that the materials adhere to a set of established standards
- Conduct functional and technical analysis of the client’s product to identify training material content, coordinate with Service Area team members to ensure content accuracy, attend and facilitate walkthrough reviews of training content, review training evaluation results, and recommend material improvements

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 years of experience years designing and developing training materials in various multimedia formats and in document file formats for one or more IT implementation projects, with each project having a minimum of 5,000 active users
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to work remotely with some travel to client sites based on stakeholder needs
- Please note that candidates do not need to be based in Sacramento in order to be considered for the role; this is the primary project location, but candidates elsewhere in Pacific or Mountain time zones may qualify as long as they are in the U.S.
Preferred:
- Prior management consulting experience
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, Jersey City, Colorado, or Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York City, Jersey City, State of Colorado, and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $74,000 – $110,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
