As a Senior Program Manager, you will be trusted to work on eLearning services and solutions for our government customer.

    In this role, a typical day will include:

    • Solving the customer’s eLearning management service delivery challenges.
    • The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects.
    • Primary point of contact for the Program Management Office (PMO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), OPM Contracting Officer (CO), and Subcontractors.
    • Responsible for the overall performance and execution of the program including the software release project plan, staffing, budget, and schedule.
    • Works with Agile Scrum Master determining sprint velocities and project time utilization.
    • Coordinates with Learning Systems Administrators and customers on objectives, requirements, daily operations status, and the duties that must be performed in the support of customer requirements.
    • Your success will be measured through on time, on budget, high quality delivery of eLearning management solutions and services.

    WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Ten (10) years of Program Management of federal contracts including programs focused on learning technology and HRIS development, integration and support
    • Experience with development of learning content
    • Project Management Professional (PMP)® is required
    • Program Management Professional (PGmP)®* certification is highly desired
    • Current Secret, with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance or a current Top Secret clearance.

    The likely salary range for this position is $160,000 – $240,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
