    The Performance Enablement Group (PEG) is looking for a Sr. Content Curator . Sr. Content Curators provide consultative and change management support for prioritized roadmap improvement activities focused on delivering value through continuous process improvement. They are involved at the onset of an initiative and throughout its lifespan to build a sustainable and repeatable structure.
    Content Curators evaluate existing learning materials and collaborate with internal business partners to understand the strategy, goals, and business impacts of a change. They execute on a comprehensive performance enablement plan that may include design and development of learning opportunities, training, performance support, and knowledge reinforcement.

    What You Will Be Doing in this Role
    Change Management: Provide consultative and change management support for prioritized roadmap improvement activities based on the ADKAR methodology. Specific responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

    • Gather voice of employee / customer input to inform communication strategy and/or change adoption.
    • Gather inputs to understand overall change saturation of impacted role(s) to support change readiness.
    • Make recommendations to reinforce changes post deployment.
    • Develop communications and leader guides to prepare leaders to effectively deliver and sustain the change.
    Instructional Design: Design and develop performance-based, engaging learning experiences for employees. Specific responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
    • Identify appropriate learning strategy based on change complexity and audience needs.
    • Design and develop learning materials (video, eLearning, etc.) within appropriate platform.
    • Follow best practices to support optimal user engagement, accessibility, and branding standards.
    • Gather legal, subject matter experts, business leaders, peer, and leader feedback to enhance materials.
    • Properly store learning materials for learning events and potential legal discovery.
    • Coordinate with training partners to ensure impacted new hire curriculum reflects changes.
    Performance Support: Design and integrate relevant job information within knowledge management tools (KMTs & IKE.) Specific responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
    • Conduct analysis to identify impacts to existing processes and downstream impacts of changes.
    • Identify proper format to display content based on performance support design standards.
    • Follow writing style guides to ensure clear, concise formatting of information.
    • Leverage available capabilities of the knowledge management technology.
    • Manage content assets to support legal discovery (where appropriate), maintain permissions, and analytics for continuous improvement.
    Minimum Qualifications
    • 2+ years experience working in a Learning role or related role with similar transferrable skills.
    • Experience in process mapping, rapid task analysis, root cause problem solving, learning implementation practices, and adult learning theory in a corporate environment
    • Superior communication skills with ability to translate complex information into clear, concise messages
    • Ability to analyze data to identify process and content solutions
    • Documented experience designing learning materials
    • Ability to align project deliverables to business strategies and goals
    • Strong project and task management skills
    • Effective collaboration and consultation skills
    • Ability to build influential relationships with business partners and customers at multiples levels in the organization
    • Strong critical thinking skills
    • Solid understanding of The Hartford Way routines
    • Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement
