    Our client (large management consulting firm) is seeking Instructional Design & eLearning Development consulting services with pronounced DEI/IDB expertise to assist in revamping their Inclusion, Diversity, and Belonging (IDB) program, starting with the creation of the IDB Academy.

    This will include the creation of three IDB pathways, each with 4-5 topics. The project will involve the creation of interactive, scenario-based eLearning modules (created in Articulate Storyline), that will include knowledge checks throughout.

    Consultant will work with the internal IDB team, which will provide most of the content. Some content changes may occur throughout the project. Consultant will assist in reviewing and offering content ideas working with the internal team, stakeholders, and SMEs, leveraging their deep knowledge and ideas on DEI/IDB.

    Deliverables – Creation of 3 pathways:

    • Each pathway will have 4-5 topics
    • Will include scenario-based content
    • eLearning modules will be developed in Articulate Storyline
    • Each module will be 3-5 minutes in duration
    • Modules will incorporate quizzes throughout

    Skills & Experience Requirements:

    • 10+ years’ experience in Instructional Design and eLearning Development.
    • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, best practices, scenario-based learning, and current trends for engaging and effective learning.
    • Must offer pronounced knowledge and experience in DEI topics and training.
    • Experience in the design and hands on development of interactive eLearning, including knowledge checks.
    • Highly proficient in Articulate Storyline (consultant must provide license).
    • Able to share samples either via a portfolio or during an unrecorded Zoom meeting.
    • Highly collaborative and excellent at working with internal SME’s and stakeholders.
    • Must be sharp, articulate, able to offer ideas and recommendations, and act as a thought partner.
    • Ability to drive the project with patience while forging excellent stakeholder relations.

    Start: September 9th targeted.
    Duration: Through end of October.
    Hours: Currently estimated at ~40 hours per week with flexible working hours.

    The pay range is $78 to $100 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
