We are working exclusively with our client to identify a Sr. Instructional Designer to help create training. Currently, no training exists and as part of this role you may also be tasked with helping to create competencies for various operational roles. A large part of the role will require you to work with subject matter experts to capture their knowledge and to derive content. The audience for the training includes project managers and operational staff who work on offshore drilling projects.

Experience Required:

• 10+ years of Instructional Design experience
• Experience creating training for the oil & gas industry, specifically field employees
• Experience developing role-based competencies
• Experience creating Instructor-led training, eLearning and Blended Learning programs
• Previous experience creating project management training

Start: Late August

Duration: TBD – you will work with the client to put together a scope and determine a timeline.

Location: Mostly virtual with occasional trips to Louisiana
